Young Business Leaders’ Forum (YBLF) founded in 2003, is the subset of ACMA comprising young, second and third-generation entrepreneurs, aged 25-40. At present, YBLF comprises over 230 members across India. The YBLF engages in activities that inspire, motivate, and impart learnings to enhance competitiveness and leadership skills amongst the future leaders of Indian Manufacturing companies. YBLF also helps to impart a better understanding and knowledge of global business practices, generate international linkages with counterpart bodies, and also helps to develop a vision for the future of the business. YBLF undertakes the following activities to ensure our vision and motives are met.
Plant visits to OEMs and Tier 1 vendors to grasp good practices and learn shop floor/operations management from the best of the best.
Interactions with Industry Veterans to understand where the industry is heading, so that we can adapt accordingly.
Interactions with Govt. Agencies and Consulates in India and Abroad to capture the opportunities which are available to meet our business expansion goals.
To nurture leadership skills and to bring about the successful transformation of corporate leaders of tomorrow.
As per the criteria set for membership, an YBLF member has to necessarily be an ACMA member and a scion of a family-owned enterprise or first to the third- generation entrepreneur within the ACMA membership.
Enable members to share common challenges and concerns and to collectively suggest and seek solutions.
Engage members by Plant Visits to OEMs and key Auto Component Manufacturers, Interactions with Industry Veterans, Best Practices Sharing, Peer-to-Peer Learning Sessions, and Workshops for self-development, get-together to promote bonding, etc.
To groom the future leaders of the auto industry who can carry on the baton of responsibility from the senior members.
Is a unique sector-specific forum which aims to engage members through regular interactions through meetings, organizing programs, informal get-togethers, etc. The idea is to build a network of young entrepreneurs in the auto component industry & also to promote bonding.
Visits to OEMs to learn from them within India and abroad.
Visits to Tier I and Tier II vendors to learn the Best Practices of different types of manufacturing companies in India and abroad.
Access to its WhatsApp group where we post industry updates and business requirements like – operational, finance, raw material, HR, IT, etc.
Overseas Visits to the relevant countries once a year to give exposure to the members about:

=> Investment opportunities in the visiting country.
=> Understanding the culture, business ethics, level of technology, quality, productivity, etc.
