Young Business Leaders’ Forum (YBLF) founded in 2003, is the subset of ACMA comprising young, second and third-generation entrepreneurs, aged 25-40. At present, YBLF comprises over 230 members across India. The YBLF engages in activities that inspire, motivate, and impart learnings to enhance competitiveness and leadership skills amongst the future leaders of Indian Manufacturing companies. YBLF also helps to impart a better understanding and knowledge of global business practices, generate international linkages with counterpart bodies, and also helps to develop a vision for the future of the business. YBLF undertakes the following activities to ensure our vision and motives are met.
Plant visits to OEMs and Tier 1 vendors to grasp good practices and learn shop floor/operations management from the best of the best.
Interactions with Industry Veterans to understand where the industry is heading, so that we can adapt accordingly
Interactions with Govt. Agencies and Consulates in India and Abroad to capture the opportunities which are available to meet our business expansion goals
As per the criteria set for membership, an YBLF member has to necessarily be an ACMA member and a scion of a family-owned enterprise or first to the third- generation entrepreneur within the ACMA membership.
YBLF is a unique sector-specific forum which aims to engage members through regular interactions through meetings, organizing programs, informal get-togethers, etc. The idea is to build a network of young entrepreneurs in the auto component industry & also to promote bonding.
